Notice is hereby given for an Annual Congregational Meeting to be held on Sunday
26 th January 2025 after the morning service at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church for :

• The presentation of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for 31 Dec 2023.
• The presentation of the budget for 2025.
• To appoint Mr Wietse Van Der Westhuizen of MG Management Solutions as our
  auditor for the 2024 financial year.
